The agreement confirms that HC «Sochi» can send their players to HC «Izhstal» to get the game practice at the VHL level.

HC «Izhstal» was established in 1958 and represents the Udmurtia republic. The team was named after the biggest metallurgical plant «Izhstal» that was a founder of the club for many years.
