Sochi showed a great hockey in the first half of the game in Yaroslav but it wasn’t enough for a win.

In the third period Lokomotiv grabbed a lead and with two weird rebounds managed to make the score 6-3.

Sochi is coming back home where will face against SKA on December 28.It was the last stop of our road trip where we have managed to win Riga and lost in Nizhny Novgorod. The coaching staff made plenty of changes, the main related to the goalie line. Maxim Tretyak started the game from the first minutes.

Lokomotiv dominated on the ice in the first period, however, our troops found a way to use their chances. Vladislav Valentsov joined the rush, opened the scoreboard and his own personal account in KHL with a first goal.

The second frame started with an equalizer from Artur Kayumov. Quite soon Kirill Petkov restored our lead with a nice play on the rebound.

In few moments Ivan Volodin doubled our lead on the powerplay. Unfortunately, Lokomotiv scored twice in 38-seconds span.
