Unbeatable jokers

After a big loss against Torpedo Sochi was aimed to get two points in a matchup against Jokerit. We lost them twice this season, however, our home game finished in overtime with a 4-5 score. Sochi finished the home series after this game.

The first half of the game was a pretty even game with more chances from Jokerit. The lucky rebound from Niklas Jensen helped Jokerit to get the first lead in the game. In few shifts our defense allowed Henrik Haapala to make a perfect move to the net to double the lead. Before the intermission, Jensen scored his second of the night.

In the third, we allowed two more pucks in the beginning, and in the end of the frame.

The Leopards are hitting the road. Sochi will play on January 8 in Podolsk against Vityaz.
